The process should be- "if you want it - you pay for it." As such, when a hand-to-hand relay is possible ... wonderful. In the other case you ship it to the next person - then send them an e-mail reporting the cost - and they send you money. When you send it on - the next person does the same. When there is a major cost ... such as shipping to another country - the Brothers and Sisters of that country should all chip in to cover the exceptional costs. Of course, there is always the opportunity for the sender to send, but the receiver stiffs the sender by not paying to receive. But didj folks are not like that. In this case, Tom sent it to me via UPS and reported the cost at $18.00, to which I was glad to send him a check for the same. I am now ready to send it on to the next person. Denver
