  • 2 c. flour
  • 1.25 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1.5 tsp. baking soda
  • .5 c. cocoa
  • .5 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. grated zucchini
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
    
    

Bake 30 minutes at 350º
