•  sometimes, at the Miracle Manor, I have unexpected guests.........

This is Tristan

she's from NEW ZEALAND.

Australians it seems have been known to call folks from this country KIWI's. I don't think she looks like a Kiwi (either the fruit or the bird) do you???

Guess who's coming to dinner? Natty Dread Lock.........

This is Oliver.

He's from Switzerland.

He reminds me of Kokapelli. He is a didjeridu making traveller. Well, so is Tristan, they are partners in a long journey that took them from their countries, to NW Canada, where they met, down the west coast of North America to the tip of Mexico and then back up again to the MIRACLE MANOR. These Pictures were taken on April 23, 1998. Last I heard they were headed up the western coast.

(this is a painting by Marko Johnson
in the background BTW)

How did they fund this great adventure? Well, they make really wonderful Didjeridus out of ABS. They look like really gnarly twisted up roots, and they sound great too. The best part is, they are only $20.00. If you see them travelling about tell them I said hello!

you can also email them at :

what was going through my mind....at the time?
